**Summary** The role is for a hands-on Global DBS Product Manager with strong experience. **Responsibilities** * Own the strategy, roadmap, and governance of Product Analytics platforms. * Partner with business stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into technology solutions. * Drive end-to-end product delivery and ensure alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Manage vendor relationships and oversee solution implementation and operational support. * Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and enterprise architecture standards. * Identify and mitigate risks, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives. * Collaborate with architecture, DevSecOps, and project teams to deliver scalable and integrated solutions. * Support deployment of new capabilities and ensure smooth adoption by business teams. **Requirements** * 5–10 years of experience in a business-facing IT/Product Management role. * Strong understanding of Science, Research & Development (SR&D) business processes and digital solutions. * Experience managing technology products, vendors, and cross-functional/global teams. * Knowledge of solution integration, data management, and digital transformation initiatives. * Familiarity with tools such as SAP, Teamcenter, Loftware, Planisware, Microsoft Fabric, or similar enterprise platforms is preferred. * Understanding of Agile/SAFe and DevSecOps methodologies. * Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive business outcomes. **How to apply** Apply via the portal or mail to .
