The centre showcases uPVC and aluminium systems, pre-hung doors, and railings, providing a comprehensive, one-stop solution for all window and door needs. ## Job Summary The **Experience Centre Manager** will be the key custodian of IndiFrame’s flagship space in Hyderabad. Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing daily operations, and ensuring the space reflects the brand’s premium standards, the manager will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors including homeowners, architects, interior designers, and builders. This role combines customer engagement, product expertise, sales coordination, and operational management to support IndiFrame’s growth and reputation. ## Responsibilities - **Customer Experience & Consultation** - Own the end-to-end customer journey from greeting to post-visit follow-up. - Conduct detailed product demonstrations across the full range of IndiFrame offerings, including windows, doors, hardware, and finishes. - Engage with a diverse visitor base, tailoring conversations to their specific requirements and technical understanding. - Confidently field technical questions, demonstrating strong product knowledge and engaging with senior architects and experienced builders. - **Lead Management & Sales Coordination** - Manage the CRM system for all walk-in leads, ensuring proper logging, follow-up, and pipeline tracking. - Collaborate closely with the sales team to share lead insights, coordinate quotations, and support customer conversions. - Coordinate with the central estimations team to provide accurate and timely quotes based on customer needs. - Proactively follow up on open leads to maximize conversion opportunities. - **Space Operations & Presentation** - Maintain an organized inventory of brochures, product samples, and collateral. - Oversee housekeeping, vendor coordination, and daily logistics to ensure the store remains well-maintained and inviting. - Conduct regular maintenance and ensure the space reflects the brand’s premium standards. - **Events & Engagements** - Support planning and execution of in-centre events such as architect meets, product launches, customer evenings, and brand activations. - Ensure the space is prepared and set up appropriately for each event, coordinating with marketing teams on logistics. - **Reporting** - Provide weekly reports on centre activity, customer feedback, and lead outcomes to the Marketing Lead. - Collect and encourage Google Reviews from walk-in customers to enhance online reputation. ## Qualifications - 3–7 years of experience in a premium showroom, experience centre, or customer-facing role within building materials, interiors, bathware, tiles, luxury retail, or related categories. - Strong product knowledge with the ability to learn and demonstrate technical details across categories. - Confident, well-presented, and articulate communication skills, comfortable engaging with both homeowners and industry professionals. - Operationally sharp with keen attention to detail, able to identify and resolve issues proactively. - Strong CRM discipline, understanding the importance of follow-up and pipeline management. - Passionate about delivering a premium customer experience. - Educational qualifications: Relevant diploma or degree in interior design, architecture, sales, or related fields preferred. ## Preferred Skills - Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English. - Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management. - Ability to coordinate and support event planning and execution. - Knowledge of building materials, windows, doors, or related products. - Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. ## Experience - 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in premium showrooms, experience centres, or customer-facing roles within related industries. ## Environment - The role is based at the flagship Experience Centre in Hyderabad. - The work environment involves direct customer interaction, operational management, and event support. - The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining the space and engaging with visitors. - The position may involve some physical activity related to space setup and maintenance. ## Salary - Not specified ## GrowthOpportunities - Potential to advance into senior management roles within IndiFrame as the brand expands. - Opportunities to lead multiple experience centres or transition into sales or marketing leadership positions. ## Benefits - Not specified
