What is Opportunity Radar?

Opportunity Radar is a Chrome extension that connects to your nxtleap account and runs three jobs inside your browser: it captures job listings from LinkedIn with one click, preserving the full description even after the listing is removed; it autofills Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, Ashby, iCIMS and company career page forms from your profile; and it tracks every role you're pursuing — saved, applied, interviewing — in one dashboard.

The connection is your Achievement Bank — the structured store of career wins you build once in nxtleap and reuse across every application. When you capture a role, Opportunity Radar scores your Achievement Bank against the job description. When you apply, the same bank fills the form and powers the tailored resume. You build the bank once; everything else runs from it.

Why "save for later" is where job searches go quiet

LinkedIn's Save button stores a link, not a record. When the hiring manager removes the listing — which most do within weeks of posting — your saved job goes blank. The job description you need for interview prep is gone. There is no field for which resume you submitted, no record of when you applied, no notes from the phone screen you had six days later.

The typical fix is a spreadsheet. You paste in company names, role titles and status columns. It works for ten days. Then it falls behind the reality of the search — the URLs go dead, the statuses haven't been updated since Tuesday, and the resume you submitted is somewhere in Drive under a name like "Resume_FINAL_v3_forreal.docx". The problem isn't discipline. The problem is that the spreadsheet is a separate system that doesn't know about the application.

Autofill that reads the form, not a list of sites

Most form fillers work by matching field names and HTML IDs — a method that breaks the moment an employer customises their Greenhouse or Workday configuration. Field IDs change across employers, ATS versions, and sometimes between page loads. Opportunity Radar reads the form's visible structure instead: the labels, the surrounding context, the logical groupings. That is how a person reads a form, and it is why the extension works across different employers running the same ATS without employer-specific setup. Sensitive EEO fields — gender, date of birth, disability status, veteran status, race and ethnicity — are filled on your device only. That data never leaves your browser to reach nxtleap or any AI provider. SSN, passport numbers and payment details are never stored or filled at all, regardless of what the form asks.

You can optionally add your own OpenAI, Google or Anthropic API key to help the extension parse poorly structured job descriptions. The key is stored in your browser and never transmitted to nxtleap.
